INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “RODO”).

All personal data processed by INWI Development sp. z o.o. are processed (stored and secured) in accordance with the requirements of the law and the scope of the consents granted. These data are used primarily for the purpose of providing and optimizing contractual services and for technical purposes related to server administration. Users' personal data are subject to special protection. INWI Development sp. z o.o. takes special care to ensure that all personal data are processed in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected and the areas of processing permitted by applicable laws. We process personal data in a manner consistent with the requirements of Polish law, and in particular in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000 as amended), the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 144, item 1204) and the RODO.

The personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent to its processing.

Recipients of this personal data may be:

• employees and associates of the Administrator,
• entities providing services to the Administrator, in particular IT services, property management services, telecommunications and marketing services, and INWI sp. z o.o. company, to whom the Administrator will entrust the processing of personal data,
• entities operating Internet portals that present real estate sales offers

You have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure, restriction of their processing, to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Provision of personal data is voluntary. The consequence of not providing this data will be that your personal data cannot be processed for direct marketing of products and services.

INWI Development sp. z o.o. stores cookies on the User's end device, and then gains access to the information contained therein for marketing purposes consisting of collecting information on what actions the User undertook on the Portal, i.e. which links were clicked by the User and which pages of the Portal were visited by the User, adjusting the Portal's content to the User's interests and needs, including through the generation of personalized content.
