Tasks:
  • Identifying investment projects located in Poland, in line with INWI's strategy.
  • Involvement in various investment transactions: warehouse, production, office, retail buildings, and others.
  • Special focus on Sale and Leaseback transactions.
  • Supporting the buy or sell process to ensure timely and efficient transaction execution.
  • Financial and business modeling to assess the profitability of investments.
  • Preparing investment memorandums.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining a database.
  • Coordinating the due diligence process (technical, legal, financial, environmental, tax).
Profile sought:
  • Proven successes in sales.
  • 2 years of experience in investment valuation, capital markets, or M&A.
  • Knowledge of the Polish commercial real estate market.
  • Fluent in English (minimum C1).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, open-mindedness, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
