- Identifying investment projects located in Poland, in line with INWI's strategy.
- Involvement in various investment transactions: warehouse, production, office, retail buildings, and others.
- Special focus on Sale and Leaseback transactions.
- Supporting the buy or sell process to ensure timely and efficient transaction execution.
- Financial and business modeling to assess the profitability of investments.
- Preparing investment memorandums.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining a database.
- Coordinating the due diligence process (technical, legal, financial, environmental, tax).
- Proven successes in sales.
- 2 years of experience in investment valuation, capital markets, or M&A.
- Knowledge of the Polish commercial real estate market.
- Fluent in English (minimum C1).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills, open-mindedness, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

- Supporting the team in preparing business plans, including concepts, audits, schedules, and budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining client relationships, including initiating first contact.
- Preparing specialized presentations, reports, and summaries.
- Analyzing planning and construction conditions, as well as conducting legal and technical due diligence of properties.
- Preparing applications and submissions to public administration authorities according to guidelines.
- Obtaining official letters, certificates, and administrative decisions.
- Preparing offers and contracts.
- Monitoring the real estate market.
- Ongoing collaboration with architects and the development manager to execute assigned tasks.
- Interest in the real estate industry and the financial market.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease in establishing contacts.
- A higher education degree in construction, real estate, surveying, spatial planning, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of real estate management, spatial planning, and construction.
- Well-developed analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and systematic approach.
- Engagement, communication skills, and a focus on personal development.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
- Driving license (category B) – optional.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an additional advantage.
