In 2024, INWI conducted three sale leaseback transactions of industrial buildings, each transaction with an average value of EUR 50 million.
Czestochowa, Aniołów Park – sale of retail park
INWI initiated and led the transaction to acquire the Angelów Park retail park in Częstochowa, representing the buyer. It is one of the largest acquisitions of retail parks in the region.
The sale of 20 Norauto properties to the TERG SA group.
INWI successfully initiated and concluded a transaction between TERG S.A., the owner of the Media Expert electromarket chain, and the Norauto group, the owner of a chain of stores and car services in Poland.
