Our team has 15 years of experience in development activities – preparing properties, obtaining necessary administrative decisions, and required permits
We execute ambitious and complex development projects that require industry knowledge and understanding of the currently applicable legal regulations.
We are dedicated to managing the entire lifecycle of residential, office, logistics, retail, and hotel projects – from land acquisition to obtaining building permits.
Our architects ensure efficient processes, allowing for quick and professional acquisition of all necessary documents during the investment process.
INWI has been successfully operating in the Polish real estate market for several years. Our primary specialization is land development, understood as the preparation and execution of investments in residential, logistics, office, and retail sectors. Our focus is on creating sustainable and urban-transforming projects that bring added value to the city and contribute to its development. The key challenges include:
One of our key activities is analyzing and acquiring prime locations for future investments. We carefully evaluate properties in specific markets, taking into account factors such as location advantages, access to utilities, and proximity to public amenities. We target land with high potential for residential, office, and logistics developments. Our operations focus primarily on major cities including Warsaw, Łódź, the Tri-City area, Wrocław, Poznań, and Katowice. We also explore the potential of smaller towns near large metropolitan areas or key transportation routes.
The purchase of investment land requires thorough verification of the legal status, technical analysis, soil contamination studies, groundwater levels, and administrative confirmation of the feasibility of the planned investment on the property. An integral part of the investment process is obtaining the required permits from local authorities, including zoning decisions, environmental permits, and ultimately, the building permit. Only after these approvals can the construction process begin.
Once the final building permit is obtained, the next step in the investment process is selecting a general contractor – the company responsible for carrying out the construction work. After construction begins, the project moves through subsequent phases of implementation until it is fully completed, in accordance with the client's specifications and requirements.
