Mariusz Urbański

Mariusz Urbański has a technical background and seven years of experience in the residential real estate market. He graduated in Geodesy and Cartography from the Warsaw University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies in property valuation at the same university, as well as postgraduate managerial studies for developers at the Warsaw School of Economics. He also participated in the ULI Poland Mentoring Programme 2022 for young leaders.

At INWI, Mariusz strengthens the development team, overseeing investment land analysis, negotiations with sellers, and the completion of land purchase transactions. He is also involved in consulting projects, project management, property valuations, audits, and market analyses. To date, he has initiated and completed 20 land purchase transactions for residential development and contributed to the sale of an investment property package valued at EUR 25 million.
