Marcin Kozak

Professional with over 25 years of financial expertise, holding a degree in Economics from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, complemented by extensive specialized training in tax law and accounting. From 1997 to 2005, he worked for ACNielsen Polska and then for Epicor Software Solutions, where he gained experience in international accounting standards. From 2005 to 2007, he worked as Director of Administration and Accounting at Varner Polska overseeing the company’s financial and administrative processes.

Currently serves as Finance Manager at INWI, where he plays a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity across the group’s portfolio of companies. Core responsibilities include overseeing sale and leaseback transactions, developing sophisticated financial analyses for strategic investment initiatives, implementing cost optimization strategies, and maintaining prudent budget management. His exceptional analytical capabilities and deep knowledge of tax legislation and accounting principles position him as an invaluable strategic advisor in the organization’s financial decision-making processes.
