Agnieszka Radkiewicz

Agnieszka Radkiewicz has over a decade of experience in the capital markets, including private equity investments and the real estate sector. She previously co-founded and managed investment funds, such as Shape and Arkley VC, working with both private and institutional investors.

Her career has been shaped by extensive international exposure, with ventures in Argentina, Chile, Berlin, and Scotland, where she earned her Master’s degree in Management from the University of Aberdeen. She has successfully executed transactions on both domestic and international fronts, bringing a global perspective and strong deal-making expertise.

At INWI, Agnieszka is responsible for origination in sale and leaseback transactions, lead generation, and the commercialization of ongoing projects, leveraging her investment experience to identify and develop real estate opportunities.
