Daniel Radkiewicz is the founder and chairman of INWI. He has 15 years of experience in the market for both residential and commercial properties. In the last decade, Daniel has completed 50 land sale and purchase transactions in the Warsaw real property market. He spent 4 years gaining valuable project management experience in Warsaw and Paris. Before he founded INWI, he had explored the world's top 25 real property markets, including New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong. He is a certified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Mariusz Stępień has 13 years of experience in accounting and finance. He is a statutory auditor, accounting, tax and legal expert. He gained his experience working in commercial and residential real estate audit department at KPMG. In the following years as CFO at APM Development he was responsible for managing the company’s financial policy. He established and maintained connections with the biggest banks in Poland to acquire financing for residential development projects. Mariusz is an analyst, a professional focused on task completion setting ambitious goals for himself.

Małgorzata Gaul is an experienced expert in the commercial real estate market, specialising in preparing land for warehouse and industrial investments For over 20 years, she has been gaining both knowledge and practical expertise in this sector, documented by over 50 transactions with a total area of 350 ha. Małgorzata Gaul has worked for the largest companies in the industry: CBRE, Panattoni, Goodman and GLP. At INWI, she is responsible for the pre-development process and commercialisation of the projects.

Mariusz Urbański graduated Warsaw University of Technology as Master of Science in geodesy and cartography. He also completed post-graduate studies in property valuation. Mariusz is a development manager with 4 years of professional experience in the residential real estate market. At INWI he is responsible for leading the negotiations and facilitating land transactions. Also, he is involved in consulting projects covering property valuation, audit and market analyses. He has initiated and completed over a dozen land purchase transactions for residential development so far and participated in the sale of a package of investment properties.

Łukasz Kowalski has been specializing in real estate acquisition and preparation of the investment process for almost 10 years. He gained experience mainly in the telecommunications industry, working for telco operators as well as in a Nokia group company at one of the biggest infrastructure projects in Europe performed for PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Apart from the telecommunications sector, Łukasz is experienced in the industrial and logistics real estate market. At INWI, he is responsible for the search and analysis of investment land, negotiations with the sellers and land purchase transactions.

Małgorzata Grzesik is a property valuer with a 22-year track record of professional experience. Over the years, she has issued hundreds of valuations for a variety of properties, including offices, warehouses, industrial facilities, property development projects, as well as non-standard properties, including historic buildings. She also advises clients on matters related to the real property market, including property investments and property transactions. Since 2013, she has been a court expert at two major courts in Warsaw. She is a licensed property valuer and certified to prepare property valuations.

Agnieszka has a decade of experience within the capital market sector. She is a co-founder and partner at Shape VC, a technology fund investing in early-stage companies. Previously, Agnieszka worked as an investor at Arkley VC, a private technology fund. She has collaborated with and mentored startups under prestigious accelerators such as Brinc and Concordia Design. Specializing in relationship building and value creation for investors and entrepreneurs, she has successfully executed transactions on both domestic and international fronts. Agnieszka has garnered extensive international exposure through her ventures in Argentina, Chile, Berlin, and Scotland, where she attained her Master's degree in Management from the University of Aberdeen. Her interest in the real estate sector focuses on proptech, where she sees potential for innovation and sustainable development. Her passion for innovation and sustainable development guides her actions in the industry, aiming not only for commercial success but also for a positive impact on the community.

Katarzyna Warpechowska has been involved in the real estate market for almost 10 years. She gained her professional experience mainly at Immochan, where she held the position of Office Coordinator. She also gained experience in the property development industry by cooperating with Pro Development. She graduated from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw with a degree in Pedagogy. At Inwi, she is responsible for administrative support of the team.

Dawid Dzięgiel is a graduate of e-Spatial Management (Jagiellonian University in Kraków), which combines the world of spatial management and information technologies. He holds more than 4 years of professional experience in this field. At INWI, he’s responsible for data acquisition and management, spatial analyses, process automation and database administration. He is also responsible for the company’s technological development and taking care of the IT infrastructure.

Mateusz Nowiński graduated with a master's degree in Engineering and Environmental Protection (AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow), where he became competent with GIS tools. At INWI, as a JUNIOR ANALYST with 2 years of professional experience, he is responsible for acquiring data, monitoring the real estate market, managing databases and conducting spatial analysis. As part of his work at INWI, he is also active in the company's technological development by providing IT solutions and supporting the Development and Investment teams.
