Daniel Radkiewicz
CO-OWNER & CEO
Daniel Radkiewicz is the co-owner and CEO of INWI, with over 17 years of international experience in residential and commercial real estate projects across Poland and France. He has successfully initiated and closed more than 100 land and building transactions, including large-scale investment deals with institutional and international partners. His expertise spans land acquisition, development, and strategic deal structuring with a proven ability to deliver high-value, complex real estate projects. Before founding INWI, Daniel worked as Development Director at Bouygues Immobilier Polska, where he led the development of residential and office projects in Warsaw. Earlier, he also served as Development Director at Yareal Polska.
Małgorzata Gaul
DIRECTOR OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
Małgorzata Gaul is an experienced expert in the commercial real estate market, specialising in preparing land for warehouse and industrial investments For over 20 years, she has been gaining both knowledge and practical expertise in this sector, documented by over 50 transactions with a total area of 350 ha. Małgorzata Gaul has worked for the largest companies in the industry: CBRE, Panattoni, Goodman and GLP. At INWI, she is responsible for the pre-development process and commercialisation of the projects.
Karolina Skurczyńska
DIRECTOR OF SALE LEASEBACK AND TRANSACTIONS
An experienced real estate expert with over 20 years of practice in the commercial, office, residential, and industrial sectors. I specialise in investment advisory, property sales, portfolio restructuring, and sale-and-leaseback transactions. I support corporate and institutional clients in making investment decisions, managing assets, and optimising capital strategies. I combine an analytical approach with a client-focused perspective, which enables me to execute even the most complex sales and investment processes successfully.
Maciej Ćwikła
DIRECTOR OF RETAIL DEVELOPMENT
Maciej has over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, with a strong focus on residential and retail projects. He specializes in identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, managing transaction processes, and coordinating pre-development activities. He began his career at ALDI, where he was responsible for the company’s growth and expansion in Poland. He then held managerial positions at leading development companies in Warsaw – Mostostal and Skanska, where he oversaw strategically significant projects.
Mariusz Urbański
DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Mariusz Urbański graduated Warsaw University of Technology as Master of Science in geodesy and cartography. He also completed post-graduate studies in property valuation. Mariusz is a development manager with seven years of professional experience in the residential real estate market. At INWI he is responsible for leading the negotiations and facilitating land transactions. Also, he is involved in consulting projects covering property valuation, audit and market analyses.
Konrad Mysza
MANAGER OF RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Konrad Mysza has three years of experience in the property development sector. As a Junior Development Manager at INWI, he supports the development team in land analysis and is responsible for acquiring new investment land.
Bartosz Wojciechowski
ARCHITECT / PROJECT MANAGER
Bartosz Wojciechowski is an architect with 12 years of professional experience. He obtained his master's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Poznań University of Technology. He has worked in various architecture offices in Poznań, Warsaw, and also has experience through his own design practice. During his professional internship, he took part in numerous architectural and urban design competitions, public building projects, single-family and multi-family building projects, and interior architecture projects of varying scales. He earned professional qualifications in architectural design in 2022, which enabled him to design and supervise construction projects without any limitations. One of his most significant projects is his leadership role as an architect for the Świętokrzyski Laboratory Campus of the Central Office of Measures in Kielce. This campus is one of the most advanced facilities of its type in both the country and Europe. Additionally, he was the architect for the sports and teaching hall for the E. Piasecki Academy of Physical Education in Poznań.
Paulina Pomykała
DIRECTOR OF LEGAL DEPARTMENT
Paulina Pomykała is an attorney with extensive international experience in providing legal services to leading real estate companies in Poland and Austria. She specializes in corporate law and M&A transactions, with deep expertise in asset management, transaction structuring, and due diligence processes. For over 20 years, she has worked as an independent legal expert, advising some of the most recognized developers on the Polish market - including Kulczyk Real Estate Holding, Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, and the Austrian developer 6B47 Real Estate Investors AG. Her track record includes legal support for high-value commercial and residential developments, complex acquisitions, and cross-border projects. At INWI, she oversees legal strategy for the group and supports the execution of key real estate transactions across Poland.
Agnieszka Radkiewicz
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Agnieszka Radkiewicz has over a decade of experience in the capital markets, including private equity investments and the real estate sector. She previously co-founded and managed investment funds, such as Shape and Arkley VC, working with both private and institutional investors. At INWI, Agnieszka is responsible for origination in sale and leaseback transactions, lead generation, and the commercialization of ongoing projects, leveraging her investment experience to identify and develop real estate opportunities.
Dawid Dzięgiel
GIS ANALYST/DEVELOPER
Dawid Dzięgiel is a graduate of e-Spatial Management (Jagiellonian University in Kraków), which combines the world of spatial management and information technologies. He holds more than 4 years of professional experience in this field. At INWI, he’s responsible for data acquisition and management, spatial analyses, process automation and database administration. He is also responsible for the company’s technological development and taking care of the IT infrastructure.
Mateusz Nowiński
DATA ANALYST
Mateusz Nowiński graduated with a master's degree in Engineering and Environmental Protection (AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow), where he became competent with GIS tools. At INWI, as a JUNIOR ANALYST with 2 years of professional experience, he is responsible for acquiring data, monitoring the real estate market, managing databases and conducting spatial analysis. As part of his work at INWI, he is also active in the company's technological development by providing IT solutions and supporting the Development and Investment teams.
Łucja Kwiek
GIS SPECIALIST
Łucja Kwiek holds a Master of Science in Spatial Management from the University of Agriculture in Kraków, specializing in regional development and real estate valuation. At INWI, she is responsible for reviewing and analyzing planning documents, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with current regulations. She also supports the Data & Analytics team by conducting advanced spatial analyses using GIS tools, providing valuable insights that strengthen the company’s investment and development processes.
Marcin Kozak
FINANCIAL MANAGER
Professional with over 25 years of financial expertise. Currently serves as Finance Manager at INWI, where he plays a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity across the group’s portfolio of companies. Core responsibilities include overseeing sale and leaseback transactions, developing sophisticated financial analyses for strategic investment initiatives, implementing cost optimization strategies, and maintaining prudent budget management. His exceptional analytical capabilities and deep knowledge of tax legislation and accounting principles position him as an invaluable strategic advisor in the organization’s financial decision-making processes.
Katarzyna Warpechowska
COORDINATOR
Katarzyna Warpechowska has been involved in the real estate market for almost 10 years. She gained her professional experience mainly at Immochan, where she held the position of Office Coordinator. She also gained experience in the property development industry by cooperating with Pro Development. She graduated from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw with a degree in Pedagogy. At Inwi, she is responsible for administrative support of the team.
